The Canton Offranville was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Dieppe , in the Seine-Maritime and the region Haute-Normandie ; its main town was Offranville , from 1982 to 2008 Jean Dasnias (initially PS , later DVG ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département . He was followed by Bruno Bienaimé (also PS).
