Sauqueville is a French municipality with 345 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). Administratively it belongs to the Arrondissement Dieppe and is part of the canton Dieppe-1 ( Offranville until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Sauquevillais .

geography

Sauqueville is located about twelve kilometers south-southwest of Dieppe near the alabaster coast of the English Channel . The Scie flows on the eastern edge of the municipality . Sauqueville is surrounded by the neighboring communities Offranville in the north, Tourville-sur-Arques in the east, Manéhouville in the south and southeast, Auppegard in the southwest and Colmesnil-Manneville in the west.
