Sainte-Foy is a French municipality with 593 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dieppe and the canton of Luneray ( canton Longueville-sur-Scie until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Sainte-Foyens .

Sainte-Foy is located about 20 kilometers south-southeast of Dieppe in the Pays de Caux . Sainte-Foy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Chaussée in the north, La Chapelle-du-Bourgay in the north and northeast, Torcy-le-Petit in the northeast, Torcy-le-Grand in the east, Saint-Honoré in the southeast, and Les Cent-Acres to the south, Saint-Crespin to the west and southwest and Longueville-sur-Scie to the west.
