Clais is a French municipality with 259 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement Dieppe and the canton Neufchâtel-en-Bray (until 2015 canton Londinières ). The inhabitants are called Claisiens .
