Massy is a French municipality with 343 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dieppe and the canton of Neufchâtel-en-Bray . The inhabitants are called the Massyois .

Massy is located about 45 kilometers south-southeast of Dieppe . Massy is surrounded by the neighboring communities Esclavelles in the north and west, Neuville-Ferrières in the east and northeast, Fontaine-en-Bray in the south and east, Bradiancourt in the south and Bosc-Mesnil in the west and south-west.
