Torcy-le-Petit is a French commune with a population of 485 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dieppe and the canton of Luneray ( canton Longueville-sur-Scie until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Torcéens .

Torcy-le-Petit is located about 18 kilometers south-southeast of Dieppe in the Pays de Caux . Torcy-le-Petit is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Germain-d'Étables in the north, Freulleville in the east, Les Grandes-Ventes in the south-east, Torcy-le-Grand in the south, Sainte-Foy in the west and south-west, and La Chapelle- du-Bourgay to the west and north-west.
