The canton of Longueville-sur-Scie was until 2015 a French constituency in the Arrondissement Dieppe , in the department of Seine-Maritime and in the region of Haute-Normandie ; Its main town was Longueville-sur-Scie , and Serge Boulanger ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2004 to 2015 .
