The Canton Bellencombre was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Dieppe , in the Seine-Maritime and the region Haute-Normandie ; its main town was Bellencombre , and Annick Bocandé ( UMP ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 1978 to 2011 . She was followed by Nicolas Bertrand (also UMP).
