The canton of maromme was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Rouen , in the Seine-Maritime and the region Haute-Normandie ; its main town was Maromme . David Lamiray ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2004 to 2015 .
