The canton of Ourville-en-Caux was until 2015 a French constituency in the arrondissement of Le Havre , in the department of Seine-Maritime and in the region of Haute-Normandie ; its main town was Ourville-en-Caux . Yvon Pesquet ( DVD ), Mayor of Cleuville, was the representative in the General Council of the Department from 2004 to 2015 .
