The District of Le Grand-Quevilly is a French constituency in Arrondissement of Rouen in the Seine-Maritime department in the region of Normandy ; its main town is Le Grand-Quevilly . Pierre Giovannelli ( PS ) was a representative in the General Council of the Département from 1982 to 2008 . He was followed by Nicolas Rouly (also PS).
