The Canton of Grand-Couronne was a 2015 French constituency in Arrondissement of Rouen , in the Seine-Maritime and the region Haute-Normandie ; its main town was Grand Couronne . Laurent Fabius ( PS ) was the representative in the General Council of the department from 2000 to 2002 , followed by Dominique Randon (also PS).

The canton of Grand Couronne was 79.34 km² and had (2006) 27,946 inhabitants.
