The Canton Caudebec-lès-Elbeuf is a French canton in the Arrondissement Rouen in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy ; its capital is Caudebec-lès-Elbeuf . Didier Marie ( PS ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 2004 to 2008 . In 2008, Guillaume Bachelay (PS) was a brief representative. Nadia Mezrar (also PS) has been a representative in the General Council since April 2008.
