The Canton Elbeuf is a French constituency in Arrondissement of Rouen in the Seine-Maritime department in the region of Normandy . The main town is Elbeuf . Didier Marie ( PS ) is the representative in the General Council of the Département .

The canton Elbeuf is 78.52 km² in size and has (2017) 30,758 inhabitants, which corresponds to a population density of 392 inhabitants per km². It is located on the left bank of the Seine , 20 kilometers south of Rouen , on average 80  meters high, between 2 meters in Elbeuf and 138 meters in La Londe .
