The Canton Yerville was a 2015 French constituency in Arrondissement of Rouen , in the Seine-Maritime and the region Haute-Normandie ; its main town was Yerville . Alfred Trassy-Paillogues ( UMP ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1982 to 2015 .
