The canton Dieppe-Est was until 2015 a French constituency in the Arrondissement Dieppe , in the department of Seine-Maritime and in the region of Haute-Normandie ; its main town was Dieppe , and Sandrine Hurel ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2004 to 2015 .
