Val-de-la-Haye is a French municipality with 710 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . Val-de-la-Haye belongs to the Arrondissement of Rouen and is part of the canton of Canteleu (until 2015: canton of Grand-Couronne ).

Val-de-la-Haye is about nine kilometers southwest of Rouen on the Seine . Val-de-la-Haye is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Canteleu in the north, Petit-Couronne in the east, Grand-Couronne in the south and south-east, Hautot-sur-Seine in the south, Sahurs in the west and south-west and Quevillon in the west and north-west.
