Epinay-sur-Duclair is a French municipality with 529 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Rouen and the Canton of Barentin (until 2015: Canton Duclair ). The inhabitants are called Spiniciens .

Épinay-sur-Duclair is located about 23 kilometers west-northwest of Rouen . Épinay-sur-Duclair is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Blacqueville in the north and northeast, Saint-Paër in the east, Duclair in the southeast and Sainte-Marguerite-sur-Duclair in the south and west.
