Arelaune-en-Seine is a French commune with 2,576 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Notre-Dame-de-Gravenchon .

The municipality was created as Commune nouvelle as part of a territorial reform on January 1, 2016 through the merger of the two former municipalities La Mailleraye-sur-Seine and Saint-Nicolas-de-Bliquetuit , which are now districts of Arelaune-en-Seine. La Mailleraye-sur-Seine acts as the "superordinate district" as the administrative center.
