Saint-André-sur-Cailly is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Germain-sous-Cailly in the north, Cailly in the northeast, La Rue-Saint-Pierre in the east, Pierreval in the southeast, Morgny-La Pommeraye in the south and southeast, Quincampoix in the South and southwest, Saint-Georges-sur-Fontaine to the west and Claville-Motteville to the northwest.
