Isneauville is about seven kilometers northeast of Rouen . Isneauville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Quincampoix in the north and northeast, Fontaine-sous-Préaux in the east and southeast, Saint-Martin-du-Vivier in the south, Bois-Guillaume in the southwest and Houppeville in the west. The A28 autoroute runs through the southeast of the municipality .
