Bosc-le-Hard is a French commune with 1,462 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Rouen and is part of the canton of Neufchâtel-en-Bray (until 2015: canton of Bellencombre ). The inhabitants are called Bolhardais .

Bosc-le-Hard is about 13 kilometers north-northeast of Rouen in the Pays de Bray landscape . Bosc-le-Hard is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Grigneuseville in the north, Cottévrard in the east and north-east, Esteville in the east and south-east, Claville-Motteville in the south, Authieux-Ratiéville in the south-west, Frichemesnil in the west and south-west and Étaimpuis in the west and north-west.
