Fontaine-le-Bourg is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Authieux-Ratiéville in the north, Claville-Motteville in the east and north-east, Saint-Georges-sur-Fontaine in the south and south-east, Bosc-Guérard-Saint-Adrien in the south and south-west and Mont- Cauvaire in the southwest.
