Saint-Jean-du-Cardonnay is surrounded by the Pissy-Pôville in the north, Malaunay in the northeast, Le Houlme in the east and northeast, Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville in the east and southeast, Maromme in the southeast, La Vaupalière in the south and Roumare in the West.
