Mesnil-Panneville is located about 20 kilometers northwest of Rouen in the Pays de Caux . Mesnil-Panneville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Auzouville-l'Esneval and Cideville in the north, Limésy in the east and northeast, Pavilly in the east and southeast, Bouville in the south, Blacqueville in the west and southwest, Croix-Mare in the west and Motteville in the northwest.
