Rives-de-Seine is a French commune with 4,259 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Notre-Dame-de-Gravenchon . The inhabitants are called Seino-Riverains .

The municipality was created as Commune nouvelle as part of a territorial reform on January 1, 2016 through the merger of the three former municipalities Caudebec-en-Caux , Saint-Wandrille-Rançon and Villequier , which are now districts of Rives-en-Seine. Caudebec-en-Caux acts as the "superordinate district" as the administrative center.
