La Neuville-Chant-d'Oisel is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montmain in the north, Mesnil-Raoul in the north and northeast, Bourg-Beaudouin in the northeast, Radepont in the southeast, Douville-sur-Andelle in the southeast, Romilly-sur-Andelle in the south , Pîtres in the south and south-west and Boos in the west and north-west.
