Harcanville is a French municipality with 510 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Yvetot (until 2015: Doudeville ).

Harcanville is located about 39 kilometers north-northwest of Rouen in the Pays de Caux . Harcanville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Routes in the north, Doudeville in the east and northeast, Yvecrique in the southeast, Étoutteville in the south and southeast, Anvéville in the south and southwest and Carville-Pot-de-Fer in the west.
