Déville-lès-Rouen is a French municipality with 10,492 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Mont-Saint-Aignan .
geography
The small town is located in the north-western part of the metropolis of Rouen Normandy and has completely merged with Rouen in the south . Neighboring communities are:
- Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville in the northeast,
- Mont-Saint-Aignan in the east,
- Rouen in the south,
- Canteleu in the southwest and
- Maromme in the northwest.
The municipality is crossed in a north-south direction by the Cailly River, which finally flows into the Seine in Rouen .
