Fresquiennes is a French city with a population of 997 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . The municipality belongs to the Rouen and the canton of Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville (until 2015: canton of Pavilly ). The inhabitants are called Fresquiennais .

Fresquiennes is about 15 kilometers north-northwest of Rouen . Fresquiennes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Goupillières in the north and northwest, Sierville in the north and northeast, Anceaumeville in the east, Montville and Eslettes in the east and southeast, Pissy-Pôville in the south, Barentin in the southwest and Pavilly in the west.
