Le Houlme is a French municipality with 4050 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville . The inhabitants are called Houlmois .
geography
Le Houlme is about eleven kilometers north-northwest of Rouen ; the Cailly flows through the community . Le Houlme is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Malaunay in the north and northeast, Houppeville in the east and southeast, Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville in the south, Saint-Jean-du-Cardonnay in the west and southwest and Pissy-Pôville in the northwest. The former Route nationale 27 runs through the municipality .
