Saint-Paër is a French commune with 1,346 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Rouen and the Canton of Barentin (until 2015: Canton Duclair ).

Saint-Paër is located about 17 kilometers northwest of Rouen . The Austreberthe river limits the community to the east. Saint-Paër is part of the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park . Saint-Paër is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Blacqueville in the north and northwest, Bouville in the north, Villers-Écalles in the east, Saint-Pierre-de-Varengeville in the southeast, Duclair in the south and Épinay-sur-Duclair in the west.
