Bellencombre is located about 31 kilometers north-northeast of Rouen in the Pays de Bray and about 26 kilometers south-southeast of Dieppe . Bellencombre is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Hellier in the north and north-west, Les Grandes-Ventes in the north, Ardouval in the east, Rosay in the south and east, La Crique in the south and south-west and Sévis in the west.
