Bacqueville-en-Caux is a French commune with 1,901 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement Dieppe and the canton Luneray (until 2015: canton Bacqueville-en-Caux ). The inhabitants are called Bacquevillais .
geography
Bacqueville-en-Caux is located about 14 kilometers south of the English Channel coast and about 15 kilometers south-southwest of Dieppe in the Pays de Caux . Bacqueville-en-Caux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Hermanville in the north and north-west, Auppegard in the north-east, Bertreville-Saint-Ouen in the east and north-east, Omonville in the south-east, Lamberville in the south, Saint-Ouen-le-Mauger in the south-west, and Royville in the West and southwest and Lammerville to the west.
