Flamets-Frétils is a French municipality with 162 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement Dieppe and the canton of Neufchâtel-en-Bray and is part of the Bray-Eawy municipal association . Until its dissolution on December 31, 2016, Ménonval belonged to the municipal association Pays Neufchâtelois .

Flamets-Frétils is a farming village in the natural area of the Pays de Bray . It is located 51 kilometers southeast of Dieppe . The A 29 autoroute runs through the municipality.
