Rosay is a French municipality with 267 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy ; it belongs to the Arrondissement Dieppe and is part of the canton of Neufchâtel-en-Bray (until 2015: canton of Bellencombre ). The inhabitants are called Bolhardais .
geography
Rosay is located about 27 kilometers north-northeast of Rouen on the Varenne . Rosay is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bellencombre in the north and north-west, Ventes-Saint-Rémy in the east and north-east, Saint-Saëns in the south and east, Beaumont-le-Hareng in the south-west and La Crique in the west and south-west.
