Morville-sur-Andelle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Héron in the north and west, Saint-Lucien in the north and northeast, Nolléval in the east and northeast, La Feuillie in the southeast, La Haye in the south and Croisy-sur-Andelle in the southwest.
