Saint-Maclou-de-Folleville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vassonville and Saint-Denis-sur-Scie in the north, Montreuil-en-Caux in the east, Saint-Victor-l'Abbaye in the south and south-east, Fresnay-le-Long in the South, Varneville-Bretteville in the southwest and Tôtes in the west.
