La Chapelle-Saint-Ouen is a French commune of 130 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement Dieppe and is part of the canton of Gournay-en-Bray (until 2015 Argueil ). The inhabitants are called chapellais .

La Chapelle-Saint-Ouen is surrounded by the neighboring communities Bois-Guilbert in the north and north-west, Sigy-en-Bray in the north and north-east, La Hallotière in the east and north-east, Saint-Lucien in the east and south-east, Le Héron in the south and south-west as well as Rebets to the west and southwest.
