Haussez is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Michel-d'Halescourt and Grumesnil in the north, Canny-sur-Thérain in the east and northeast, Saint-Samson-la-Poterie in the east, Villers-Vermont in the east and southeast, Doudeauville in the south and South-east, Ménerval in the south and south-west, Saumont-la-Poterie in the west and Pommereux in the north-west.
