Auppegard is a French municipality with 716 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement Dieppe and the canton of Luneray (until 2015 canton of Bacqueville-en-Caux ). The inhabitants are called pougarais .
