Fresles is a French municipality with 236 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement Dieppe and the canton of Neufchâtel-en-Bray and is part of the Bray-Eawy municipal association . Until its dissolution on December 31, 2016, Ménonval belonged to the municipal association Pays Neufchâtelois .
