Holger Bleck

Holger Bleck (2013)

Holger Bleck (* 1962 in Warburg ) is a German musicologist , music manager and artistic director .

Career

Bleck studied clarinet and music theory at the Detmold University of Music and musicology at the University of Cologne , then worked at the Cologne Philharmonic and the Celle Castle Theater . He has lived in Austria since 1998, where he directed the Vienna Chamber Opera together with Isabella Gabor until 2012 and has been director of the Carinthian Summer since the beginning of 2016 . Bleck has been managing director of the International Hans Gabor Belvedere Singing Competition since 1999 .
