history
The parish of Ort has existed for a long time. Pastor Richard Duredent (1240) also owned a fortress in Ermenouville . In the 16th century, Raulin de Réalcamp was the master, but his family gave up the rule by marriage. Le Picard from Martin de Veules ruled until the French Revolution . In 1822 the question of joining another parish arose because it was very small. The residents preferred Mesnil-Geffroy over Pleine-Sève , but was Mesnil-Geffroy by decree of Louis XVIII. connected to Ermenouville, Le Mesnlil-Durdent thus remained an independent municipality.
