The inhabitants are called Mallevillais .

Malleville-les-Grès is about 51 kilometers east-southeast of Dieppe and about four kilometers south of the Alabaster Coast . Malleville-les-Grès is surrounded by the neighboring communities Veulettes-sur-Mer in the north and northwest, Paluel in the east and northeast, Vittefleur in the southeast, Canouville in the south, Butot-Vénesville in the southwest and Auberville-la-Manuel in the west.
