Fresnay-le-Long is a French municipality with 331 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dieppe and the canton of Luneray (until 2015 canton of Tôtes ). The inhabitants are called Fresnayéens .

Fresnay-le-Long is located about 34 kilometers north of Rouen in the Pays de Bray . Fresnay-le-Long is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Maclou-de-Folleville in the north and north-west, Saint-Victor-l'Abbaye in the east and north-east, Étaimpuis in the south-east, La Houssaye-Berenger in the south and Varneville-Bretteville in the west .
