Gournay-en-Bray is a French town with 6072 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement Dieppe and is the administrative seat of the canton of Gournay-en-Bray .

The city is located on the banks of the Epte River , about 90 km northwest of Paris , about halfway between the French capital and the port city of Dieppe .

The residents of Gournay-en-Bray call themselves "Gournaisiens".
