Lucy is a French municipality with 189 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dieppe and the canton of Neufchâtel-en-Bray . The inhabitants are called Lucyais .

Lucy is about 34 kilometers southeast of Dieppe . Lucy is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Baillolet in the north and north-west, Clais in the north and north-east, Fesques in the east and north-east, Ménonval in the east and south-east, Neufchâtel-en-Bray in the south, Saint-Martin-l'Hortier in the south-west and Mesnières- en-Bray to the west and south-west.
