Ménerval is a French municipality with 173 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement Dieppe , the canton Gournay-en-Bray and is part of the municipal association Quatre Rivières . José Sagot has been mayor since March 2014. The inhabitants are called Ménervillois .

Ménerval is a small farming village on the banks of the Epte in the natural area of the Pays de Bray . It is located 34 kilometers northeast of Rouen . Ménerval is located on Avenue verte , a voie verte (cycle path) from Paris to London .
