Rock Demers

Rock Demers (born December 11, 1933 ) is a Canadian film producer .

He is the founder of the film company Les Productions la Fête and has a. a. produced the children's film series Tales for All .

He was named Officer of the Order of Canada in 1991 and promoted to Companion in 2007. Demers received the 1998 Governing General's Award for the Performing Arts, Canada's highest honor in the performing arts. In the 1980s he received the Genie Award three times .
